North Point announces complete fiduciary mutual fund platform based upon a flat fee structure

SAN FRANCISCO, CA. January 31, 2006 - North Point has designed this service for the $100 million and under defined contribution marketplace.

The service will contain web based features and will be priced as a function of the number of funds a plan has.

"There will be a universe of plan sponsors looking to reduce their administrative burden by a minimum of 30%" stated NPA CEO Adrian Anderson. North Point currently monitors over a thousand mutual funds per quarter.
